The non-HR, HR executive

My journey wasn't linear. In fact, I never thought I would end up in HR but I quickly realized the disconnect between business goals and the HR strategy.

Over the last two decades, I have dedicated my career to bridging that gap. I have worked with startups to enterprise level business to ensure they meet their business goals through a real, data driven people strategy.

My philosophy is simple: People are not resources to be managed, but potential to be unleashed.
