In this module the goal is for you to:
Learn how the client drives prioritization in Sprint Recruiting
Understand the point system and how to apply it
Discover how the brain is prewired for prioritization
Be wowed by a new job board that may actually work for you
We have the first squeeze as the Sprint. The second squeeze is the prioritization with points.
Now we will focus on limiting the number of candidates in process which helps with focus and increases the candidate experience. We will also tackle the biggest obstacle there is: manager feedback.
